History of MidSpec, Inc.

MidSpec, Inc. was created in 1984 to meet the needs of precasters. The goal of MidSpec, Inc. was to provide precasters with service, quality products, on-demand inventory, same day shipping, competitive pricing, and complete satisfaction. Mike Marshall created MidSpec, Inc. with one basic thought, “I will treat my customers the same way I want to be treated as a customer.” MidSpec, Inc. started in a small temporary 3500 square foot building in Minneapolis. Now, MidSpec, Inc. has warehouse locations in Minneapolis, Chicago, and Hudson, Massachusetts. The results of the creation of MidSpec, Inc. can be seen today…

MidSpec, Inc. has changed the way its customers do business. MidSpec, Inc.'s customers can use just-in-time inventory management knowing that on-demand inventory and same day shipping are daily routines at MidSpec, Inc. Precasters depend on MidSpec, Inc. to keep its promises.

MidSpec, Inc. continues to be owned and operated by the Marshall family. The sole goal of MidSpec, Inc. remains unchanged, “provide precasters with service, quality products, on-demand inventory, same day shipping, competitive pricing, and complete satisfaction.”
